Sparkling Roussanne made in the ancestral method that was disgorged and topped with 20% sour golden ale that was aged with brettanomyces in oak barrels.  

2023 Dry Rosé of Syrah. Bone DRY with a super pink summertime shimmer, wicked tropical fruit character, and a rippin tidal wave of oceanic brightness. Get it before the sun does. 

Delicate and grotesque, with all its light raspberry and cherry nuance and some peppery earth hidden by a decent backbone of Mourvèdre..

Gamay Noir is your fountain of youth. It’s super light-bodied red wine that’s bright, fresh, and angular. Think candied raspberries and crisp pomegranates with a lush tidal wave of oak in the background… 

The Swamp Donkey is a witch-brew cellar blend that we produced as a doff of the hat to the cellar rats that lurk in the deep dark shadows of the barrel room. The donkey is Rhône at heart, but soon to be your beast of burden…

A wine so deeply immersed in the idea of Spanish romance that it becomes psychotropic. Concocted in the Rioja-style with 82% Tempranillo and 18% Grenache that was finished in Amphora before bottling. This is an old world versus new take on Tempranillo. 

Our take on a classic Rhone blend, this GSM is 80% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 10% Grenache that is aged in 50% new oak for a year and then finished in concrete for its final year of aging. Full of bramble fruit and it’s own animal wine quality, the Horned Beast reigns…

This Cabernet is like heroin. It's all dry, herbally and incendiary and it makes you sweat and go through withdrawals and rob from your friends so you can buy more. Cabernet injected with 15% Petit Verdot, to clean all the bugs out of your rug.

This is our version of Vermouth; a bitter aperitivo made in our own villainous way by steeping Sauvignon Blanc with magical herbs, botanicals and agave.
