2022 Bearded Quixote Tempranillo
A wine so deeply immersed in the idea of Spanish romance that it becomes psychotropic. With subtle nuances of windmill fighting, bearded flocks of female servants, and flying wooden horses, the Quixote reigns in its own minuscule kingdom of US Tempranillo-ness. Concocted in the Rioja-style with 85% Tempranillo and 15% Grenache that was finished in Amphora before bottling.
