2020 Vermouth

This is our version of Vermouth; a bitter aperitivo made in our own villainous way. We took an intentionally oxidized grape spirit and steeped it with magical herbs, botanicals and agave. Something of a traditionalist’s sheet-soaked nightmare; serve it on the rocks, in your favorite cocktail, or at your mothers third wedding.
