Pétillant Naturel, also lovingly known as Pét-Nat, is wine force-fed into a bottle during the end of its fermentation. The result is a naturally sparkling, low sulfur, unfiltered wine that lives, in infinite frequency, in the bottle. Inspired by the thrum of sleazy punk clubs crossbred with the glam of French bistros, ‘Pink Gloves’ is the intersection of rebellion and a little glam. Think plaid scarves, deep opinions, loud art, and racey rose-tinted gloves dabbing sauce from greasy chins. Bottled during fermentation, these bubbles form in the bottle with 0% filtration and 100% swagger. Think white strawberry, blood orange, and something slightly indelicate and deliciously pink-gloved.
